The parking is first come first serve and not nearly enough spaces for all the residents so that’s challenging as is the turnover in Property Management companies. The apartments are very spacious and maintenance personnel are responsive and timely. It is a quiet neighborhood and the location is central, close enough to downtown Orlando, Winter park, Apopka etc. Dog friendly but our Dog Park could use a makeover I would recommend the Q to anyone looking for a place in Maitland.
